If you are not satisfied with any of our products after you have received it, you can return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery and we will initiate a refund.

Cancellation & Refund

Once you have placed an order and you wish to cancel it, please send us an email at support@heebs.in. You can also give us a call on +91 8448444705.

Our customer service team will process the cancellation and initiate a refund within three to four working days, if the order is not dispatched.

If the order has been dispatched and yet to be delivered, please do not accept the order and intimate our team. Prepaid order refunds will be processed as per the returns policy.
